To rent a City Park building: A rental application must be completed 15 days prior to the reserved date, along with paying a $300 refundable security deposit (except for pavilions). The rental times are 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. The fee is due upon key pickup. Reference the Fees and Regulations and Statement of Agreement attached to the rental application (see next paragraph). Additional information is provided below under the various parks. Contact the Department of Administration at 228-4401 to rent a building.

Stoever's Dam Park - 946 Miller Street; northeast section of the City.
This 124-acre park offers camping, picnicking, canoeing, fishing, and hiking. Facilities include the Nature Barn, the Lebanon Community Theater, pavilions, and ball fields.
The Nature Barn is available for rent at a cost of $75.00 This building has restrooms and kitchen facilities and seating for 75 people.
Camping is $2.00 per night per person. Sites with electrical hook-up are an additional $10.00 per night. The park has 7 electrical campsites and 7 non-electrical sites. Contact the park rangers at 269-0062 for camping permits.
Garden plots are available for rent at of cost of: 20 x 20-$10; 20 x 40-$15; 20 x 80-$25. There are 8 plots available for rent. Contact the Department of Administration at 228-4401 to rent garden plots. Pavilion Rental: There are 2 pavilions for rent at $25.00 for the entire day (8:00 a.m. until dusk) and no security deposit is required. The small pavilion has a maximum capicity of 20 people and does not have electricity, and the larger one accomodates up to 50 people and has electricity. The use of electricity is $10.00 extra at the larger pavilion.
Southwest Park -13th & Washington Street
This park, consisting of 27.5 acres, has baseball and softball fields, basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, a playground, and restrooms facilities, and the Optimist Building, which may be rented.
Optimist Building - This community building has a kitchen and seating for 75 people. It is available for rent at a cost of $150.00. A security deposit in the amount of $300 is due upon reservation of the building.
Coleman Park & Lauther Water Complex 1400 West Maple St.; Route 72 North
This 92-acre park has a handicapped-accessible swimming pool for adults and children. There are also tennis courts, baseball fields, a miniature golf course, a volleyball court, picnic areas, an amphitheater, hiking trails, and a playground.
The Coleman Park Miniature Golf and Ice Cream Parlor opens in May. Group rates are available. For more information about the mini golf course, visit the website at www.colemanmemorialpark.org or call 717-272-3345.

The Lauther Water Complex will open for the 2014 season on May 24, 2014. The pool will close for the 2014 season on Sunday, August 17.
Following are pool hours:
May 24-25: Noon - 6:00 p.m.
May 26: Noon -7:00 p.m.
May 27-30: 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
June 1 - August 17 Noon - 6:00 p.m.
The pool may be closed during inclement weather. Several different water features are located in three separate swim areas. The areas accommodate young children, intermediate, and advanced swimmers. The slide is 176' long.
The pool admission fee is: Student (ages 5-17) $4.00; Adult (ages 18-62) $6.00; Seniors (ages 63 and over) $4.00; ages 4 and under $2.00 (includes swim diaper). Group rates are available for groups of
20 or more. Please contact the Department of Administration at (717) 228-4401 to set up dates and times for group rates.

There is fee of $5.00 to replace misplaced or lost season passes.
Northeast Park / Youth Center - 511 East Canal Street
This 23.4 acre park has a pond, baseball and softball fields, fenced in lighted street hockey, 4 lighted tennis courts, and a play area.
Beautex Park - 129 Van Buren Street This 4.4 acre park contains a baseball field, basketball courts and a tot playground.
Southeast Playground - 193 Walnut Street This 2.3-acre park has basketball courts, a baseball facility, and a tot playground.
Progressive Playground - East Weidman & 1st Street
This 2.3-acre park has a basketball court and a large tot playground.
East End Playground - 513 East Lehman Street. This playground has a basketball court and playground.
Tot Lots - There are tot lots located at 3rd & Crowell and 6th & Crowell Streets.
Fisher Veterans' Memorial Park - 521 South 9th Street
War memorials are located within this small park. Patriotic events are held at this park.
Veterans' Memorial Walkway - 4th to 12th Streets along Quittapahilla Creek
A walkway/bike path is on this 5-acre area.
