Message from the Chief
On behalf of the 41 members of the Lebanon City Police Department, I would like to welcome you to the department website.  The first contact with members of the department should be a positive one, and hopefully this site will provide first hand information on the services we provide.

Community involvement is the best predictor of the type and level of service we should provide for our neighborhoods.  Without the help and interest from our community, our efforts to prevent crime, insure public safety and preserve quality of life would be greatly diminished.  With this in mind I am requesting community members provide feedback on this site, or any other police service provided by the department.  You can call me anytime at 272-6611 or send me an email at

I want to thank the police officers and the civilians who support them.  Together they accomplish one of the most basic duties of the police department: keeping the City of Lebanon safe.  I recognize their compassion, dedication and desire to serve their community.  Additionally, I would like to thank Mayor Sherry Capello for providing me the opportunity to lead the police department, City Council and City Department Heads for providing support, and our extraordinary residents without whom we would not be able to provide effective and professional police service.

Todd Breiner
