The Zoning Hearing Board reviews and acts on requests for exceptions and/or variances to the Zoning Code. Also, the Board hears and issues decisions on appeals from judgment of Zoning Officer.

Hearings:

If needed, hearings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in Dixon Council Chamber,/Multi-Purpose Room of City Hall, 735 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.    Applications are due by close of business on the Friday following the previous month's Zoning Hearing Board meeting.
