Leaves must be placed curbside for pickup no later than 7:00 a.m. on December 7. Leaves placed curbside after the deadline of December 7, 2026, will not be collected. Charges may apply for collection outside of the scheduled leaf collection.
For unlimited drop off access to dispose of leaves and green waste outside of the city collection periods, residents can purchase a green waste access card to the Green Waste Facility at 893 North Eighth Street, Lebanon. Cards are available for purchase in the Department of Public Works Office in City Hall, 735 Cumberland Street, Lebanon
