Leaves must be placed curbside for pickup. Leaf collection will continue through the week of December 7, weather and staffing permitting. There is no leaf collection on city holidays.
For unlimited drop off access to dispose of leaves and green waste outside of the city collection periods, residents can purchase a green waste access card to the Green Waste Facility at 893 North Eighth Street, Lebanon. Cards are available for purchase in the Department of Public Works Office in City Hall, 735 Cumberland Street, Lebanon
