A public hearing to solicit citizen comments on the 2026 Annual Plan for the Community Development Block Grant Program will be held at 4:45 p.m. with the Pre-Council meeting convening immediately following the public hearing. Copies of the proposed Annual Plan are available for public inspection in the Department of Administration or on the City of Lebanon's website.
